By purchasing from or using Lumyzaa ("the Site"), you agree to the following terms and conditions. Please read them carefully before making a purchase.

1. Digital Product License

All products sold on Lumyzaa are digital downloads. Upon purchase, you receive a non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the files according to the license type stated on the product page:

• Personal Use Only: For individual/family use in your own home. You may not use for commercial purposes or share files.
• Personal & Classroom Use: Print for your own household OR a single classroom. Files may not be distributed to other teachers, schools, or shared online.
• Personal & School Use: As above, for school settings.

Commercial use, redistribution, resale, or uploading of our files is strictly prohibited unless you have purchased a commercial license.

2. Instant Download

Upon successful payment, your download links are activated immediately. Files are available in your account dashboard indefinitely. We are not responsible for download failures caused by your internet connection or device.

3. Refund Policy

Due to the digital nature of our products, we do not offer refunds once a file has been downloaded. If you experience a technical issue (corrupted file, incorrect item, etc.), please contact us within 14 days of purchase and we will resolve the issue promptly.

4. Intellectual Property

All designs, illustrations, and content on Lumyzaa are the intellectual property of Lumyzaa or our licensed creators. Unauthorized use, reproduction, or distribution is prohibited and may result in legal action.

5. User Accounts

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activity under your account. Sharing accounts or download links with others is not permitted.

6. Limitation of Liability

Lumyzaa is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our products. Our maximum liability is limited to the amount paid for the specific product in question.

7. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to update these terms at any time. Continued use of the Site after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
